These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TRADONS Technology's products and services, including our TRIAS DLP platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

TRADONS provides enterprise data loss prevention, classification, and discovery solutions through our TRIAS platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Illegal Activities: Using our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Security Violations: Attempting to breach security or authentication measures
  • Network Abuse: Interfering with service operation or other users' access
  • Data Mining: Unauthorized scraping or data extraction

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by TRADONS Technology and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and comply with applicable data protection regulations.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.95% uptime for our services. Specific SLA terms are outlined in your service agreement. We provide technical support and regular maintenance as specified in your subscription.

Our enterprise SLA guarantees 99.95% uptime with 24/7 technical support for critical issues. Planned maintenance windows are scheduled during low-traffic periods with advance notice.

8. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRADONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam.
